Would you like to live a happier, more meaningful life?
The 16 Guidelines provide a non-sectarian, simple, robust framework for reflecting on the ways we think, speak, act and find meaning in life, and for creating the causes of true happiness and fulfilment.
This course will explore the key attitudes that lend themselves to a mindful culture in the family, in education, health care, business and society at large. 16 Guidelines for Life was adapted for contemporary use by the Foundation for the Development of Compassion and Wisdom, whose patron is HH Dalai Lama.
The 16 G are suitable for people of all ages, faiths and cultural traditions. This course will be particularly useful for teachers delivering SEAL, PSHE, SMSC or those involved in pastoral care.
